MATHEMATICS QUIZ

Sir/Madam,

The All Goa Mathematics Teachers’ Association in collaboration with SCERT, Govt. of Goa is organizing its annual “Mathematics Quiz” for the students of Secondary Schools with the objective of developing ability of logical thinking and creating interest in Mathematics among the school students.

The state level Mathematics Quiz will be held on Saturday 11^th Feb. 2023 at 9.30 am at V.D and S.V Wagle High School, Mangueshi Goa. The school quiz team will comprise of three students (one each from STD VIII, IX and X). First written test will be held and top five teams will qualify for the final oral quiz. In the oral quiz one round will be on Vedic Mathematics. First three teams will be awarded cash prizes.

The schools are requested to send their entries by e-mail at agmta.goa@gmail.com on or before 01^st February 2023. On receiving your entry, you will be given a registration number. Schools only with valid registration number will be allowed to take part in the Quiz. The spot entries are strictly not allowed. In case the registration number is not received by 06^th Feb 2023, kindly contact the undersigned or Kaustubh Naik Secretary-AGMTA (Mob 9923635573)
